Family Visits
Visits from family usually mean one thing; a trip to the carousel. It's starting to have a Pavlovian affect on Izzie. Oh well. She has fun. Here she is with Grandma Shirley while Grandma was here.

They also went to the park for a bit of exercise on one of those barely warm enough days in October.

Bathing Iv has kind of become a family event. Here we are watching mommy do the work.

While Grandma Shirley was here, Grandpa Chuck was able to join us. Here he is holding his newest grandson and admiring is "mini-me" good looks. (I think Iv looks a lot like Chuck.)

Here's Grandpa pushing Izzie around Costco for some shopping.

And here they are reading a book. Grandpa Chuck and Izzie are quite good pals, and Izzie loves hanging out with him.

Lynnell tried to give Iv a bottle a week or so after he was born to see how it would go, but the poor guy didn't like it one bit. We haven't tried since.

Grandpa & Grandma making us dinner.

Lynnell's sister, Shasta, husband Joe, son Austin & daughter Bailee came for a visit while Grandma & Grandpa were still here. Here they are admiring our new addition.

It was fun having everyone over, but there was one thing that made it even more fun. The carousel! Here's Grandma with Izzie and Bailee

Here's a good shot of our little guy taking a nap in mom and dads bed.

Then Grandpa Chuck and Grandma Shirley left just in time for Grannie to get into town to visit us. Here she is holding little Iv guy for the first time.

The cousins were still in town, so we stopped the all for a picture. Notice how Bailee and Austin are smiling for the picture, and Izzie's expression says "not another picture."

Grannie, Uncle D and Izzie hanging out.

Grannie, Uncle D and we four went out to lunch one day. Here's Uncle D and Izzie building a dice tower while we waited for our food.

How could it get better you ask. Well, the carousel of course. Duh!

To finish it off, here's a good picture of Grannie glowing with pride over her new grandson.

Thanks everyone for visiting us. We had a lot of fun, and you're all welcome back whenever you want.
